Manage full sales cycle. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with Suppliers and Customers based within an assigned sales territory.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and grow business with existing customers and develop new business sources by identifying market opportunities within the assigned industries
Act as the key account interface, developing and maintaining strategic relationships with existing and potential customers/principals, providing solutions and services that best support customers' need
Collaborate with the Sales Manager and the sales team to work effectively to meet performance targets
Build, strengthen and optimize customer relationships by planning visits/meetings and promptly addressing customers’ enquiries and feedback
Coordinate and participate in industry trade shows, seminars, and forums when necessary
Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor offerings and conduct regular market updates
Achieve sales revenue, profitability and sales growth targets set by the Management
Job Requirement
Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
Proven experience in sales and account management, specifically in the electronic industries
Adept at identifying market opportunities and customer needs within the wholesale sector of these industries
Able to communicate well in English and Chinese to liaise with relevant counterparts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management
Good in negotiation, coordination and analytical skills
Possess own vehicle will be added advantageous
Willing to travel overseas for business if required
